Do you have more than one driver per vehicle?
Driver identification is used to record which driver was driving at what time. Each driver is given their own ID key and scans it in the car as soon as they start driving.
If the key is not scanned, a beep sounds to ensure that scanning is never forgotten.
Where can I keep an eye on my fleet?
Since your fleet won’t necessarily only be operating in the Netherlands, you’re covered throughout Europe at no extra cost.
What’s more, the system works independently of the network provider. If, for example, KPN experiences a disruption, the system immediately switches to another provider, ensuring it remains operational at all times and that location data can continue to be transmitted.

With TrackJack’s fleet management software, you can track the locations of your entire fleet. See where all your vehicles are at a glance, view hours and mileage records, refuelling history, fuel consumption and more. In short, you’ll know every move each vehicle makes. What’s more, you’ll have a comprehensive journey log that meets the requirements of the tax authorities.
Indeed, TrackJack’s fleet management system converts the recorded coordinates into journeys. For each journey, the start and end addresses, total distance, start and end times, the driver and the nature of the journey are recorded.
The fleet management system is installed in a vehicle and, depending on the product chosen, tracks locations at intervals ranging from every 30 seconds to every 12 hours, sending the data to your personal online account. Using the fleet management software, you can log in via the internet or the TrackJack app and view the location of your entire fleet at any time.
Using GPS (satellites) and GPRS (GSM network), the fleet management system determines vehicle locations and transmits this data securely to our online software. You can then view the current locations, history and full journey records via your own online account or the TrackJack app.
Absolutely. Regardless of how much fleet management you use, you can view the locations of all vehicles on a single map.
You can choose a service level based on your requirements and needs. Prices start from €22 (excl. VAT) per year. If you wish to make use of all the fleet management features offered by our software, the annual cost is €90 (excl. VAT) per vehicle.
Absolutely. TrackJack’s fleet management software shows you the route taken, the total journey time, distance and average speed. Use the route planner to calculate how long it will take to reach the next address and check whether the fastest possible route was actually taken.
The fleet management software provides you with an overview of fuel consumption after every refuelling. View the average fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions, and compare the results with the manufacturer’s figures.
The fleet management system is installed at your premises behind the vehicle’s dashboard, completely out of sight. The system is connected to the positive, negative and switched positive terminals. You can also choose to install it yourself.
With the TrackJack app (free to download), you can track all fleet management systems in your account. You can download this app from the App Store or Google Play, or use the web version, which allows you to use the TrackJack app on any type of device.
Depending on which product you choose, all data is stored for up to 24 months. This means you can always check where the vehicle has been over the past two years. The fleet management software also stores journey logs for 24 months, which you can download at any time.
A vehicle’s journey log must be kept for seven years for the tax authorities. We therefore recommend that you export the journey log to Excel, PDF or a tax report at least once a year if you intend to use the data for your tax return.
Yes, the fleet management system has European coverage. The SIM card in the fleet management system automatically switches to the best provider the moment you cross the border or if there is a disruption with a specific provider.
Absolutely. The fleet management software has been designed to allow multiple drivers to use each vehicle. Using driver identification, the fleet management system recognises which driver is at the wheel and records this driver in the journey log.
That is also possible. TrackJack’s fleet management system can be integrated with Informer’s accounting software. This allows you to link your journey logs to your accounts,
