Driver identification – Always know who is driving

With TrackJack’s driver identification, you always know exactly who drove which journey. Ideal for companies with multiple drivers per vehicle, or if you simply want complete control and transparency in your fleet management.

What is driver identification?

Driver identification is a system in which each driver is linked to a unique ID Key. This ensures that every journey is automatically recorded in the name of the correct person. This prevents confusion and errors in journey logging, which is essential for, amongst other things, the tax authorities, cost allocation or internal accountability.

As soon as the car is started, a beep sounds. This is a reminder to the driver to scan their ID Key. By swiping the ID Key across the ID Reader (which is mounted in the dashboard) in the vehicle, the journey is automatically linked to that specific driver.
