The reliability and security of our products and services are of paramount importance. That is why TrackJack has selected high-quality partners to ensure the data and processes are optimally secured. The data is stored at the Intermax data centre and managed in accordance with ISO 27001. Intermax is one of the most reliable hosting partners in the world, certified to ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). This ensures that every TrackJack user can be confident that their data is managed and stored securely, and that everything is ‘hosted’ in the Netherlands.

The data is secured in accordance with the international standards ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Intermax also holds the NEN 7510 certificate – the leading information security certificate for healthcare institutions – the ISAE 3402 Type II statement and the DigID Third Party Statement. The entire primary process thus complies with the strictest standards in the areas of quality, environment, security, continuity and reliability.

Furthermore, the hosting provider has implemented various measures to offer the best possible protection against DDoS attacks and to repel or mitigate such attacks as quickly as possible. The most important of these is the ‘National Anti-DDoS Washing Station (NaWas)’. NaWas is a joint initiative of the National Management Organisation for Internet Providers (NBIP) and the Dutch Hosting Provider Association (DHPA).
