How long are my journey records kept for?

All data is stored securely in your online account and can be exported at any time.

From 1 January 2020, a 7-year retention period applies to your journey log. When you generate a tax report, the report and the data for HM Revenue & Customs are stored in your account and remain available for download. You have 100 MB of storage available for reports in your online account. Once this is full, you can choose to download and delete older reports to free up space for newer ones.

You can also have reports sent to you periodically by email.
