How does payment via a payment link work?

When you become a TrackJack customer, you can place an order directly via our webshop or confirm your acceptance via one of our staff members. Have you accepted a quote? If so, you will receive a payment link from us.

The advantage and the reason we have chosen to work with payment links is that we can automatically link the payment to your order without human intervention, meaning payments are processed 24/7 and your orders enter the dispatch/installation process as quickly and efficiently as possible.

With bank transfers, someone has to check which payment corresponds to which order and manually move the order to the next stage in the process. This can cause delays, as not everyone at TrackJack has access to the bank details.

Another advantage of the payment link is that you can choose from a variety of different payment methods, including iDEAL | Wero, bank transfer, credit card and even Klarna Pay Later. TrackJack has a highly diverse international customer base, with everyone having their own preferred payment method. With the payment link, TrackJack can accommodate all these preferences.
