How do I enter a mileage adjustment?

We have created a video to help you enter a mileage correction. You can find it at the bottom of this page.
Alternatively, follow the steps below.

Go to your account.
Go to ‘Overviews’ – ‘Journey Overview’.
On the right, select the system and a period of a few days.
Click on the most recent journey.
Then click on 'Correct mileage'.
Enter the new mileage in the 'New mileage' field, adding a comment if necessary.

Please note! The car must have been stationary and switched off for at least 20–30 minutes before you correct the mileage. This is due to the processing of journeys.
