I can't download the app. What should I do?

First, check whether your phone is compatible with the TrackJack app.
The TrackJack app is available for Android and iOS, and is not currently supported by other operating systems.

If this is the case, check that there is enough free space on your phone or tablet for the app.

Still not working? Then check that you are downloading the correct TrackJack app. There are two other apps that are also called TrackJack, but they have nothing to do with us or your GPS tracker.
