Why do I have to log in again to the app?

The app automatically logs you out after two weeks for GDPR and privacy reasons. As your GPS locations and any journey logs may contain highly sensitive personal data, the app has been designed to work in this way.

In theory, this may also be related to your phone’s memory, causing you to be logged out earlier or the app to close.
