How can I tell which TrackJack I have?

Would you like to renew your service, but aren’t sure which TrackJack you have? Follow the steps below, and you’ll find out straight away.

  1. Log in to your online account
  2. Go to 'Management' and then 'Systems'
  3. Here you will see your systems. In the fourth column, you can see which system you have: PRO Tax, Endurance or OTM.
    1. With the OTM, you’ll also see straight away which service level you have: Light, Basic, Plus or Ultimate
