I’ve received a sabotage alert. What should I do now?

A tamper alert indicates that the system has been disconnected from the power supply. The TrackJack is no longer receiving power and has switched to its own battery. This is why you are receiving a tamper alert.

If you do not check the connection, the TrackJack will fail after a short while and you will no longer receive position updates or your journey log will no longer be recorded. Therefore, please ensure that you check the connection immediately after receiving a tampering alert.

Is your vehicle at the garage? In that case, the TrackJack may have been temporarily disconnected or the power supply to the entire vehicle may have been cut off. It is advisable to check whether location data is being received again as soon as you collect the car, so that you know the TrackJack is properly connected once more.
